The company was established in 1967 by the central heating and airing craftsman G�nter Petzold.

In 1985 the family business could extend their supply by the master craftsman diploma in gas and water installation of Jens Petzold. The company has also done piping works in the new building and repairing area of the ocean shipping.

In 1998 the private limited company (plc) G�nter Petzold was established out of the company. Because of the long-time experience the company has skilled and very involved employees and a modern machinery, that can guarantee a highly qualitative completion of the work.

A merger into a limited partnership with a limited liability company as general partner (GmbH & Co.KG) took place on January 1st 2006. Manager of this company is Jens Petzold.
